Why RedBird

A brand built for queues

We stepped into the arena in March 2026 to rescue the UK from industrial, tasteless fast food. Three signature ranges, secret house batters and an optimised dispatch counter — packaged into an operation a first-time owner can actually run.

01

Three ranges, one kitchen

Buttermilk, Korean and Nashville run off the same prep line — big menu, small footprint.

02

Secret house batters

Pre-blended and shipped to you. Consistency without a chef on payroll.

03

Delivery from day one

Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat onboarding handled by head office.

04

100% halal supply chain

Trusted UK farms, negotiated centrally, priced for the whole network.

05

Dispatch-counter layout

Our tested kitchen plan turns tables faster and cuts wait times.

06

Social that actually lands

Content, offers and drop campaigns built centrally, localised for you.

Franchise FAQ

What experience do I need?

You don’t need to have run a kitchen, but you do need to be hands-on.Most of our approved operators either come from hospitality or have run another customer-facing business. We train the rest.

From first call to opening day, typically four to six months — the biggest variable is finding and fitting the right unit in your town.

Yes. Each franchise agreement includes a defined territory based on population and delivery radius, so you’re not competing with another RedBird.

Every RedBird site serves 100% certified halal chicken, sourced through the same approved UK supply chain as the flagship.

Multi-site deals are available once your first store has traded profitably for six months, with priority on neighbouring territories.
